The kit we have designed contains a cotton tote bag in which you can put information about the event programme, a map of the area, information about local tourist attractions, and discounts for restaurants and shops. A ceramic mug, a personalised t-shirt and sweatshirt. All enclosed in a completely personalised box! This welcome kit is designed to help participants to find their way around during their stay, providing them with useful information and tools to fully enjoy the event. Our aim with this welcome pack is one of the ways in which we try to offer them an unforgettable experience.
