Global Compact ONU
Since 2021 Sadesign has been part of the Global Compact Network Italy - GCNI, an organisation that coordinates the United Nations Global Compact - UNGC at a national level. The role of the Network is to contribute to the development of the UNGC in Italy and to support Italian companies in integrating the Ten Principles into their strategy and operations and in contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals set out in the 2030 Agenda.
Our membership is available on the international website of the UN Global Compact.
We have also signed the Manifesto ‘Businesses for People and Society’ of the UN Global Compact Network Italy, together with 100 other large companies in Italy, with which we are committed to strengthening the role of the social dimension of sustainability in our business strategies, in order to generate long-term value in the supply chain and in communities and contribute to the creation of more inclusive, fair and prosperous societies.
Signing the Manifesto is an important step because it represents a concrete commitment to integrate the social dimension into our business strategies. We firmly believe that sustainable success is only possible through practices that respect and value people and communities. With this commitment, we will continue to promote values of inclusivity, equity and well-being in every aspect of our business. We are thrilled to be part of this initiative and to actively contribute to a better future for all.
Here you can find the UN Global Compact Italia press release regarding our participation and the complete manifesto.
