Here you will find all the answers to questions about our ordering process, product customisation and technical details about quotes and shipping. We are here to help you make every step easy, from selecting the ideal product to receiving your order.

To request a quote, you can do one of the following:

  • Select the items from our ‘Products’ catalogue, indicating the quantity and type of customisation desired;
  • Send an email to info@sadesign.it indicating the desired item(s), quantity, and type of customization.

You will receive the processed quote from one of our sales staff within 24/48 hours.

After receiving our quote, if you are interested in proceeding with the order, to speed up the process, simply reply to the email and attach the graphics and complete billing information. A simulation will be prepared including all production steps, from customisation to data confirmation.

In most cases they are free. They are only charged for special processes as a production contribution.

The estimate will include items with or without customisation, based on the customer's specific requests.

The preparation and adaptation of the graphics has a standard cost of 30.00 Euro. The reconstruction of the logos, if not supplied in vector formats (CDR, AI7 for PC, PDF, EPS), has a cost of 50.00 Euro each.

Two simulations are carried out, included in the price, after the possible welcome confirmation of order. The first to show the hypothesis of the finished project according to your indications; the second to allow you to correct or modify some details. From the third proposal onwards, each modification will have a cost of 25.00 Euro.

Yes, of course. They are supplied against payment of the balance of the corresponding amount. The cost includes the item itself, handling and related transport costs and will in any case be completely deducted from the total invoice if the order is confirmed (with a minimum order of 500.00 euros). We are available for more information and details.

Yes, we are available for any graphic design advice. We can develop ad hoc creative proposals for you, which will be established with a separate agreement

30 days from the date of issue. Technological items (USB sticks, power banks, etc.) have a weekly price list, to be evaluated each time.

No, all prices are exclusive of VAT.

Usually for the first three orders, 50% at the time of order and the balance when the goods are ready. For amounts less than 500.00 Euro, total payment at the time of order.

The goods are considered to be delivered carriage paid to our headquarters in Trento. Delivery to your address will be calculated on a case-by-case basis according to volume/weight/quantity. If you prefer, you can certainly use your own transporters.

Yes, of course. Throughout Italy and also abroad.

On average 12/15 days from approval of the draft, subject to stock availability. Shorter delivery times are possible, by prior arrangement.

No, Sadesign sells directly and transparently on the web to all companies and organisations, without the possibility of distinguishing between retailers and end customers.
