The construction of the garment is meticulous in detail: the front zipper is made of nickel-free metal, with quality pull and drawstring along the entire length. The two side welt pockets have hidden snap closures, while the collar is made of the same fabric as the jacket. Sleeves and bottom hem are finished with ribbed elastic for soft-touch comfort. The entire garment is sewn with rPET thread, confirming a production chain consistent with circular economy principles. The jacket is lined and has a hidden zipper on the bottom hem and left chest, designed to simplify customization operations. Thanks to these technical solutions, the garment lends itself to printing and embroidery operations that enhance the company logo, brand colors or any promotional message, with a predefined printing area of 100 x 100 mm on the left chest. Authenticity of recycled content and environmental impact statements are verifiable through AWARE™ technology, which uses an innovative physical tracer combined with blockchain. By scanning the QR code on the garment, a dedicated digital passport with all the tracking information can be accessed. Total CO2 emissions associated with the product are 6.67 kg CO2e, lower than the industry benchmark of 8.22 kg CO2e.
