Fondazione Museo Civico Rovereto
The Museo Civico Rovereto is one of the oldest museums in Italy.
Founded in 1851 as a private organisation, it is unique because it began as a project conceived by a group of men, scientists but also members of the ruling or entrepreneurial class, with the aim of preserving and enhancing the city's heritage.
Since 2013, the Museo Civico di Rovereto has become a foundation and its activities are carried out in two different places.
The Science and Archaeology Museum is dedicated to archaeological studies, zoology, botany, astronomy, earth sciences and robotics. The second exhibition centre, the City Museum, is a place dedicated to tell the history of Rovereto through the voices and faces of its protagonists.
We need a flower. The flora of Trentino: yesterday, today, tomorrow, is the temporary exhibition organised by the MCR Foundation, which takes you on a discovery of the most important plant ecosystems, from the towns to the peaks of the Dolomites.
For the occasion, a colourful floral design was created to embellish a line of ecological merchandising.
